Should I say the bracha shehecheyanu upon new clothing?

Answer
During the Talmud buying new articles of clothing in general was a source of great happiness. Nowadays, it would only be correct to make the bracha “shehecheyanu” upon purchasing a particularly high-quality article article of clothing.
