Measurements for the Passover Seder

Attached are the required measurements for the Passover Seder according to Machon Shilo’s Rabbi David Bar-Hayim:

For Massah:
One must eat a k’zayit (volume of an olive) of massah both after saying “Al Achilath Massah” and for the Afikoman at the end of the Seder. A k’zayit translates into one-ninth of a standard machine massah. Therefore, one must eat one-ninth of a standard machine massah twice at the Seder.

For Wine:
One must drink a revi’ith of wine for each of the four cups of wine. A revi’ith translates into 77-86 cc, or a little bit less than half of a standard disposable cup. It should be noted that a revi’ith is the amount one must drink for Kiddush all year long on Shabbath.
